Writing Every Which Way

Novels, poems, and writing tips

The bane of my existence

I’m the competitive sort

And I hate that about myself.

There’s no escaping it:

The envy, the rage,

The boiling of blood.

Trying to staunch the fire is useless,

When my brain is jumbled so.

What I wouldn’t give

To not give a darn

About what others are giving.

Sadly, I must come to terms with the fact that

I’m the competitive sort.

I'm just another young writer hoping to get noticed in the world of publication. The majority of my time is put into writing novels, but I'm no stranger to journalism, playwriting, and critical essay's, too. I'm also the author of "The Little Paragons" which can be found on Amazon.com.
